*Please be advised that employees who work on the waterfront at the Port's marine facilities or in the Port's warehouses are hired and employed by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) Local 21. Port maintenance workers are hired through the local unions. Industrial tenants hire their own workforce.
